What is a mylot rank?

Today I tried to put an emoticon in one of my answers. I thought that I could do it when I had 200 posts. But it keeps saying that I jhave to reach rank 200. What´s that? Could someone explain to me where can I read that so I can follow mylots rules? I want to know when will I be able to put emoticons but also when will I be able to upload a picture for a post. Thank you
