how get along with our company

I may not be in a work place for I am still a student but I'm encountering that cooperation or competition question every year in a class. You would really expect students competing for their ranks especially on what they call the "pilot section" wherein you find students that are grade conscious. I'd been on that group, ever since, and I can't deny the fact that there really is a competition especially with the honor students. But as the years went by, we had learned to accept each other and have an atmosphere of a healthy and friendly competition. We had managed to have that cooperation when it comes to activities we had taken part in. I can say that for we had won those contests being held as champions, if not, runner-up.

First,we have to be sincere in our work and prove our potential to the management.We have to know our limits and shouldn't cross it and at the same time don't allow others to cross their limits.That way,you will be comfortably working,neglecting any competitors jealousy, by the same time getting the right co-operation.Cheers!

The best way to go along with people is to avoid close intimacy. What happens here is that as you are closing slowly towards each other any misunderstsng between you would help the intimacy collapse like anything. Ne in good touch with every one so that none dares to finger at you. Hence the bye and hi relation is the best one.
