when you are travelling in China, what kind of food do you like to eat?

China is a ancient country. It not only has beautiful attractions, but also has a lots of food, there are eight big cuisines,such as Shandong cuisine,Cantonese cuisine,Sichuan cuisine,Hunan cuisine and so on. which kind of cuisines do you like best? And do you have eaten one of them?

When I travel to China, Id like to eat their exotic foods such as snakes and reptiles. I would like know how it would taste like. I would also like to eat other food that I haven't tasted before. I think that would be fun!

I have a vegan diet so therefore I tend to take lots of snacks in my backpack. I have been to Indonesia, Singapore and Malaysia. I went to supermarkets when possible then did self catering. I did eat bowls of plain rice but the was quite boring. I managed to eat lots of fruit. I would love to visit China one day.
