Does anyone know if doing an upgrade on Clixsense pays more per click?

I have been tempted to upgrade, but I wanted to be sure that the price per click will increase. It is only paying 1 cent per click right now. I believe that is $10.00 per year to upgrade, and when you upgrade you are suppose to attract more advertisers. So the pay goes up.
