Why were my discussions deleted?

I recently started a discussion asking for suggestions for good, reliable PTC or PTR sites. I know that there are some rules about posting referral links, but it was an honest question and I got some good answers. Now I find that it was deleted. Can anyone tell me why? I didn't think that there was anything wrong with the question. I didn't spam anyone and was only asking for honest suggestions. I've seen similar questions on this forum so why was I singled out and deleted? This doesn't make sense to me. Is there some rule that I missed? I'm not out to step on any toes, just hopefully make a little extra money online. Is this something that myLot discourages? And if so, why is there an interest called "making extra money"? Thank you in advance for your replies!

The Lot probably took it to mean that you were asking someone to give you links to those sites. That is against the rules. I think that this interest is now intended for other types of money talk. Maybe you should use it thus or try Posting under other Interests. There are a lot of interesting things going on here at the Lot. By the way, Welcome to the Lot!! Shalom~Adoniah

Thank you! I'm happy to be here. I'm still learning the ropes here and don't want to upset the powers that be!

Maybe someone who replied posted their referral link in thier comment. This is against the rules at Mylot and those discussions get deleted and even your balance reduced. Next time you post that type of a question tell then to add you as a friend and send a private message. Hope this helps

Hmmm, that could be it. Thanks for the suggestion. I guess I just have to figure out what's allowed and what isn't. Thanks!

It could be that someone replied with a referral link. It happened to me before even though my discussion was completely unrelated to referral links or earning online. I think some people just don't read the rules (I was guilty of it the first time LOL and I'm glad somebody corrected me quickly). It could also be that you started a discussion that already existed - similar discussions are also deleted :) Thanks for the response on my discussion!

Exactly, i think the main reason for that would be referral links. anyway, you have earn much credit after all so it doesnt matter anyway. but ofcourse, if you really are into looking into your succesful threads, that matters.
