What do you get from Slumdog Millionaire?

I have seen Slumdog Millionaire several days ago, its scenario shocked me very much and couldn't remove from my eyes constantly. I think it gives me the most valuable point may be that the tribulation experience is a very important wealth for ones life. What do you think it want to tell us?

I am an Indian. and I am used to see such scenes...not in movies BUT REAL life...I've been to those slums which are shown in the movie. Its in Mumbai and is Asia's biggest slum. Well...I woul like to share some news with you. this morning I watched in TV the news tht the lil girl who performed in the movie who ws really from the slums, her dad had almost sold her to some bigggi in dubai..and tht he has been busted now. cuttign everythign short....Money is not all that good, welath is not a very good thign actually. I mena, ofcourse we should thank God for all we have BUT at the same tyme we shudnt be very selfish and THE MOST IMPORTAN THING IS WE SHOULD BE SATISFIED. who says having money gives u mroe comfort.I think the Richest ppl on Earth are the most worried ppl on Earth... bottom line: moderate walth is good enough TOO much wealth is pretty dangerous :) peace!

Thanks very much for what you have seen, I agree with you that money is not all that good, actually in my opinion, money is just a manner or an instrument by which we can get what we want, it is always not our destination, just a bridge, through which we can get to the other shore of the happy river, right? So, if we can get happy without money, we have no reason feeling unhappy in our life, do you agree with me?

All the people in the world go through hell before achieving something. Other than wealth acquired from our family,a normal man would have to undergo a lot of difficulties to achieve something. this film in a way gives me hope that one day by keeping ur self in the right direction we can achieve something in life

Thanks for your sharing, I think I couldn't agree with you anymore, more important is that you have metioned the word "hope", honestly speaking, I think hope is the most powerful aspect in our life, there will be any miracles unless hope is disapear!
