Your healthiest diet weather it is for weight loss or weight gain?

I've always been trying to lose weight ever since. I'm on my late twenties and getting married soon, of course every bride to be wants to be beautiful on their big day. I'm doing a lot of effort to work out weather going to the gym or simply using the stairs instead of elevator in the office. For my diet, I choose brown organic rice instead of white rice, I feel more full when consuming even a half cup of it and its more healthier. I choose fresh fruit for the dessert and avoid fatty and fried foods. I don't get myself caught up in the fast food chains to grab for lunch or dinner. And last drink a lot of water and have at least 6-8 hours of quality sleep. What about yours?
