Do you think giving her baby all the luxry, good clothes, toys etc,is the ultimate duty of a mother?I know some ladies who thinks putting unique clothes, buying all new toys in the market and all materialistic things making them the best mother. Whats your definition of a good mother?

if you could ask your baby whether she wanted a cuddle or the latest top selling toy, what would she say ? Exactly! Cuddle! If your child didn't get a much wanted toy, she'd probably cry for 10 minutes, if she didn't receive love, the consequences would be much more severe and long lasting! Material stuff is fine occasionally , but it seems a lot of the time it replaces what is really important. Spending time with your kids, doing fun stuff, just going to the park, draw a picture together...all the things that don't cost anything but will be remembered. Buying the latest designer outfits and gadgets and expensive toys have nothing whatsoever to do with being a good mother. It has everything to do with turning your child into an fashion accessory and status symbol. All you can do is your best, that means to give of yourself , your love, your time, your affection, your wisdom...and I promise you will reap the rewards at some time ( even if it's not instantly )

That is not the definition of a good mother.. I believe its the love you give your child that makes you a good mother. Kissing and hugging and telling your child that you love them, Reading to them and playing with them makes you a good parent.. Anybody can cloth and buy toys for them..
