chicken feet

I used to make an aspic wuth chicken feet. It looked wonderful and tasted delicious but it´s a lot of work. So now I make a sort as chhese with pigs feet which is a lot less elegant bur easier to make. I have never tasted chcken feet chinese style

Hi Jcbelle, I don't eat chicken feet, but I often add them to soups. They add flavor to the soups - the soups taste sweeter. And after 4-5 hours of boiling, these feet are very tender and my husband loves to eat them.

at first i dont also eat chicken feet and one time when my mother in law told me that it taste good then i become eager to buy a chicken feet for the reason that my mother in law will not eat if we are not the one who made the chicken feet food. Then as the first time of touching the chicken feet i was very annoying and feel that i am hold the babies fingers and i keep telling my niece that i am afraid to touch it and she was the one who select the good looking chicken feet,. When my mother in law teaches me to cook a chicken feet barbecue i was really love the taste.

Ew.. I did see chicken feet on the menu in a Chinese restaurant once, but I was not adventurous enough to try them! You don't usually see chicken feet in the grocery around where I live. I do see pig's feet though, which really grosses me out! I don't think I could ever try THAT.

gah! lol! I've seen chicken feet at barbecue stands and I have never tasted them yet coz they looked gross to me :)) One time my brothers and I bought a bunch of chicken feet just to play with them because they looked really funny but we never really ate them. I think we gave them to our maids. Anyway, I dunno. I used to not like chicken intestines ("isaw") before but after my mom forced me to taste it, I've come to actually love it. Who knows? Maybe someday I'll try tasting chicken feet...
