however i've played juste yesterday to go to the WSOP !
i won the first satellite but i've lost at the final !
this year on my poker room there's this structure:
qualification-final of the week- national final on a live event (probably in Venezia ) (yeah i'm italian :D )

No online poker is not illegal in America. At least, if it is... there are a LOT of Americans that need doors busted in by the SWAT team! LoL. What is illegal is making a profit from OTHERS playing poker. Like if people come to your home and put so much money in a pot and you take a percentage off the top before setting the pot aside as earnings for the winner. That's illegal. Unless you take the percentage off the top, and then give a percentage of that to the US government. Then it's perfectly legal. Haha, I know, it's confusing. But, isn't confusing people what made our country so great? Haha.
