are you always help others whether he's need or not?

i don't know whether the person need help,so i can't decide whether to give him a help. sometimes i helped someone, and he didn't know and don't feel very well when i helped him. are you also face to that situation? how do you deal with it?

When I care about someone, I always want to help them in whatever way I can. Sometimes, I have to stop and remind myself that it's not necessarily good to interfere. It's often best to just say, "I'm here for you in whatever way you need" and give the person the opportunity to ask for help.
