Nowadays, we take shower instead of bath. In this case, feet is not much taken care of. But washing feet is very important for blood circulation, which is beneficial for sleep. It is not only good for adults, but also for babies. Do you wash feet before going to bed?

Hello friend,
As a kid I was taught by my parents to always wash my face, eyes, hands and feet with fresh water before going to bed. I stuck to those habits for a long time but when I went to hostel, I got a bit lazy and wasn't so regular with it. Now that I am back at home, I want to stick to those habits again as I think they are essential for a good sleep.

Hello my friend zhuhuifen46 Ji,
WEll, I always do and insist all my family members to do. In addition, if face and
hands could also be included, it would be still better. May God bless you and have a
great time.

I should take more care over my feet especially as I go to the gym 4 times a week and my feet are getting a good pounding on the cv equipment whether I am cycling, jogging or using the rowing machine! Your feet have to be strong and healthy because you rely on them so much. I do give them a soak occasionally, but I don't wash them every night before going to bed. I guess we take them for granted.

Maybe it's because the habit was never instilled in me, but I never wash my feet per say before going to bed. Instead, I tend to shower before going to bed, and in the shower I do wash my feet.
However I find it strange that one would just wash his/her feet before going to bed...perhaps it's due to my culture! Or maybe it would explain why I frequently used to get pins and needles in my legs!
Happy myLotting.
