How to make a new foreign friend from the USA or the England?

I am from China and my second language is English. So i have some interests in the USA and England. From english, i know many customs about the USA and the England. I love the English game-soccer and the America game-Basketball. I know some history about American and England. I have so many interests that i want to make a friend from American or England to discuss all interesting things. But i don`t know how to make a friend from the two countrys. Could you give me some suggestion?
