Milk is very important to our body. my family each of us drink at least 1 glass of milk everyday. im just confused of the filled milk and full cream milk written in every pack of it. both of the two tasted the same but how will they differ to each other? is there something special for the two? which of the two can we get more nutrients and vitamins? is it filled milk or full cream milk? please share us your info about the two types of milk. thanks in advance

The definition of filled milk from the web is skim milk with vegetable oils added to substitute for butter fat. I suggest you check on the nutrients label for you to have more information about its content.
