hi,mylotters! i'm sorry to say i witness an accident this morning and this has been the third time that i saw this kind of sad things recently. This accident happened on a rush hour for going to work. two young girls got off the bus and wanna come across the street when another bus came running behind the first bus and one of the two girls was knocked down. her friend was stunned without any reaction in a few seconds. the young girl was lying on the ground still and her head was bleeding. Police came after several minutes and soon the ambulance arrived. i don't know whether the girl died or not coz i hurried for my office then. good luck to that girl. but i have to say everyone should be careful when coming across the street. my fellow friends, have u witness an accident before? how did it happend and what should we learn from it? thanks for sharing in advance.

Yes I had witnessed one. There was a man driving a motorcycle with a passenger at his back, when they arrive at the sandy portion of the hi-way they were traveling, the motorcycle suddenly flip and both of them were thrown away of their ride. Thank God both of them were fine. But after some interview done to those who flipped, I find out that the driver was drunk. So the lesson was, don't drink and drive and don't drive fast on a sandy hi-way with a motorcycle.

I did. well,an accident can happen even if we are extra careful sometimes. I witnessed one when I was inside a bus. It happened on the road just the same. It was raining that time so the road is slippery. what is saddening is that policemen came to rescue after how many hours. They are just being stared by passersby. So bad!!!

Yes, unfortunately i have witnessed plenty of accidents. This one accident the lady was running across the street to catch the bus, the car turning did not see her because of the train station poll. She flew so high in the air, when he hit her he stopped and got out the car to see if she was OK. Amazingly she stood on her feet said she was OK and continued to run for the bus. Funny thing was everyone else just stood there in amazement that this woman just got up and continued as if nothing happened. My lesson learned don't go next to the train polls because the cars cant see you.

i have witnessed an accident before as well when i want to go to my church and it is really horrifying... an ute and a hyundai sedan collide with each other and the ute driver unable to control his vehicle and smash it into an office... fortunately it is sunday and nobody is working in the office at that time... otherwise, i can't imagine how many people inside the office will be injured... i don't know what happen to the ute driver... but the hyundai driver which is a young lady is fine... she is just hysterical and crying badly because of the shock and her car is damaged badly... lesson to learn is to always drive safely, follow the road instructions and don't speed... take care and have a nice day...

Not only have I witnessed an accident earlier in fact I had been involved in two of them. It still scares me when some time I dream of those dreaded times. In one case me and my friend we were riding a bike and was on the left side of the road. We were cruising along quite nicely and all of a sudden out of nowhere a man stepped in front of the bike just 3 meters from us. Oh God what could we do. We had a collision and we were thrown on the right side of the road while the man got hit and fell back on to the footpath. Luckily no major injuries for both sides and we escaped with some stitches on our hands and knees. The second accident though was much more dreadful and led to my hospitalization. But I have to say watching an accident can be as traumatic as being involved in one of them. Good luck for all my dear mylotters.

I never witness an accident on the spot, but an awful accident happened to me.It was in a morning about ten years ago when i and my older brother in law rode a motocycle along a road with many curves.and We crashed into another motocycle heading-on.This accident leaves me a pit on the knee today,so that day is still impressive to me even if it has been past for ten years.

Unfortunately I have seen a fair amount of accidents in my short life. One in particular was when the vehicle I was in was waiting to leave a parking lot. The road we were waiting to turn onto was three lanes each way. A boy (about 12 years old) was waiting to cross the road at a marked cross walk, the the first two immediate lanes stopped to allow him pass, as did the inner lane heading the other direction. In the third lane from the curb there was no vehicles. As he began crossing a car approaching the cross walk was traveling the speed limit and for some absolutely stupid reason did not notice that there was 2 lanes stopped right beside him and 1 more (plus a second slowing down) stopped on the other side! And only began to slow down when the boy was only a few feet from his front bumper. The boy was sent for quite a flight. Thank God that he only suffered a few bruises and a slight concussion. The way he was hit, flew, and landed he should have shattered all his ribs and quite possibly broken some part of his pelvis.
