Anyone here work for ChaCha? I started doing ChaCha last August as an expeditor and transcriber. I make ok money as long as I am extremely diligent and work almost non stop. I can make anywhere from an extra 40-60 bucks a week this is on top of my regular full time paycheck. Sometimes I love to ChaCha other times I get sick to death of the psycos and answering the same questions over and over. What about you? What are the pros and cons of ChaCha?

I work with Cha Cha too as an expeditor.I sometimes love and sometimes dislike it too.I do get tired do doing it because sometimes it seems when I do the questions I always get an email saying something was wrong with the answer I gave. And that makes doing chacha a pain. Also, you have to make over $2.00 to get payout which can be never racking. It seems everytime I think Iam doing well on there I get that email!! But,it is good when it's busy and you need the money right away.I was doing to make money for stuff we wanted like pizza ect.. But,I kinda gave up on it all together.Iam glad someone feels the same way I do!! Keep in touch if you will!!

Well you really should not give up all together, they are really making changes all the time to make the job more simplified. If you can find a good routine that works for you, you can do pretty well with it. It does get old sometimes, but the money that I make from it never gets old.

ChaCha is a company that people will text into from their cell phones asking questions. They questions range from everything to horoscopes, and business phone numbers to 'who would win in a fight between' questions. People can also call the 1-800 number and ask their questions (this is where the transcribers come in). Depending on the question it will be answered by an expeditor (for example weather and horoscopes), or they are sent off to a generalist or specialist to look up the answer.

I have been a ChaCha guide since October of last year. The earnings were great to start with. I could make about thirty dollars a day. I know that isn't a lot, but to be working from home I really liked it. With all of the changes, now I am lucky to make thirty dollars a week. They have cut back on their pay since then, and also cut back on how many questions that people can text. Although, I must say, it has been picking back up a little bit. I desperately need the income at this point because of losing a couple of other wage earners, so I hope they re-evaluate their pay scale again and raise it back up sometime in the near future.

I found ChaCha a week ago Sunday. I signed up in the wee hours of the morning, completed the hour or so of training videos, then completed my readiness test. Then I waited, by Tuesday afternoon I received the go ahead, that I had passed the test, and I was able to work. I'm an expeditor as well. I started trying to work 2 hours a day. I had back to back queries and ended up making around $3-5 an hour in those first two nights, so I decided to shoot for $10 a night. This way if I only work on week days I could average about $200 a month. I ended up having some plans fall through this past Friday and sat here ChaCha-ing all day long and ended up making $30 on Friday alone, last night I hit my $10 pretty quickly and ended up shooting for $20. From April 14 to now (April 21st) I've done rather well, I have $94.17 in my account. Obviously I'm enjoying the money making possibilities so that would be a big pro. I also find the forums to be a rather large pro, there are tons of helpful posts on what to do and what not to do. Then there are the hilarious posts concerning amusing and flat out ridiculous queries that have been posted, or answers you would love to give but don't because you know you would get into trouble. The cons would be the fact that you never know how the traffic is going to be, some people will average up to $7 an hour while others won't even hit $1 an hour because the traffic is so slow at the time they are logged into the system. I also have to agree answering the same questions over and over again can be irritating. I can't tell you how many 4/20 and Hitler questions I answered yesterday!
