Why american can go anywhere in this world?

I have a friend wants go to USA for vacation. But she cant go that easy,she need to get visa first. For getting tourist visa is not just easy, many documents required. You must have land titles, car, and big money on your saving accounts.And you are not still sure if they give you visa.
Any tips how to face the USA consulate for getting tourist visa?

I don't have any tips or anything, because I don't know the immigration/tourist laws of your country. Try looking it up on the internet or asking someone you know who works for the government.
I did want to comment, though, on your title. It's just as hard to get visas when you're American as it is when you're from other countries. Please don't make assumption. We have to apply for visas and get passports and things like that, too, and it's often an expensive & time-consuming experience for us, too.
