What´s your special homemade dessert?

Everyone has her speciality as desserts go. Mine is a coffee mousse with a creme patisiere and some rum added. My friends love it and expect me to make it at every party at my home.

Mine is apple tart. It's so easy to make too. I always make a double portion because one is just never enough. I have to keep an eagle's eye on it when it comes out of the oven, because my kids are like vultures when I make it. Also, whoever eats it at my place, always leaves with the recipe.
