I think kids growing up in these days have it pretty easy. The high schools are so crowded, and the students are just a number, and the teachers aren't as sincere about teaching. I have a niece that was behind on credits to graduate, and was able to take a track & field class ONLINE!! How do you take a gym class online?

I think schooling is getting alot easier. I have heard of schools that have a class teaching you how to run a cash register. I dn't think that is a good clas that seems like a slacker class. Where I am from their is a large non English speaking illegal immigrant population. The schools spend alot of money getting spanish tutors for these kids instead of helping them learn english.

There was just a big raid at one of the packing plants around here, looking for illegal immigrants. The wives were all upset that they are left with the children and their father's may be deported. All i can say to that is, they knew they were here illegally, so they must know the consequences of being caught.

This is such a great discussion I cant believe its been up here for 6 years with so few comments. I have never heard of a trac and field class online. That is completely ridiculous. I cant even imagine how that could happen. That needs to be outside and in the supervision of an athletic coach. I do think education isnt that great at some schools in some places. I think teachers have to many kids in each classroom.
