I like the taste and texture of fresh better than frozen. Lately I have been experimenting more with raw vegetables in my salads, trying a variety of new and different things and the taste combinations have been amazing. I love the crunchy textures of the various vegtables. It does not seem messy to me, in fact me and my daughter have fun cutting everything up and mixing them together. I still can't get her to eat it but I figure that will come in time as she continues to handle the vegetables. I will eat frozen vegetables but they become too watery for me.

I have a great garden and there's no way to compare fresh veggies to frozen. I've had the frozen ones before and like them better than caned! LOL! But nothin beats fresh corn on the cob! I moved to Mexico and they put mayo and cayenne pepper on it and it's great, have a good one!

when vegetables are in season and they appear in good condition, I like to buy fresh ones, all other times I opt for the frozen, more specifically the steamable ones you put in the microwave. I like those over ones that come in regular bag.

I have always heard that the "flash frozen" veggies are actually better for you because they are froze within hours of being picked, which would make them actually fresher...in a way. I do love fresh garden veggies and perhaps prefer them for a few reasons, I do think that they taste better. There is something that happens to color when veggies are frozen and it is really not the same. I buy many veggies on sale fresh, but they can be quite a bit more than frozen. With the economy so tight (and us too), we have been buying many more frozen veggies. I like the mixed bags that you can buy, very quick to prepare too!

I always take fresh vegetable instead of frozen ones. From the point of view of health, I do think that fresh vegetables are better as compared to frozen ones.

I definitely like the fresh vegetables better, I dont like frozen one at all. Need to wash the fresh one thoroughly though, otherwise, they could have lots of mud and sand.

I think one is more healthier for you. You wont have any added ingredients to your fresh vegetables as you would just pick them up and almost could eat them as they are. With frozen vegetables or even canned vegetables you will have a lot of sodium added into them that isn't healthy for you or your family. I think eating healthy is must thing to do now a days and always being careful of what you eat is necessary. You can't buy frozen squash at least i don't think you can and that is one of the best things you could eat for yourself and for your family to eat, corn on the other hand i don't like eating it when it it not on the cob so i like fresh corn and even egg plant and that stuff you can find frozen but will find it in any produce section or farmers market.
