What is the safest way and cheapest way to lose weight?

Need to find ways to get into shape health wise!

1, Jog for 30 minutes (early monrning) 2. Walk for 30 minutes in the evening 3. If both not possible, swim for 1 hour a day. 4. Keep away from fried foods, fat foods, junk foods once for ever The net result will be very encouraging and inspirting. Do not stop it, it is continuous process.

That a good point adapt a lifestyle which has physical activities in it... If u cannot go out and join a gym then just try to do all your household work by urself.. it'll be like getting two birds with the same arrow.

The safest and cheapest way to lose weight is take everything in moderation and be more mobile,exercise as much as you can,like ...take staircase whenever you can,go to your colleague seat when asking for a thing or favor and cut down on using the intercom and etc.
