What Is Your Contribution Towards Your Society

Since all of us living in some socity. Some person have small or some have large society. But, I want to ask what you are doing for your society. What is your contribution towards development of your society. Is you are active member of your society or just you contribut to your socity passively.
Is you have any special type of contribution paln towards your society. Is you are person who believes more on interaction between society or you just want to live your life alone.
Is you think that living life alone is easier then living life in society. As all we know human grows in socity but now a days values of society is shrinking very rapidly.
So share here your view about your society and your contribution towards your society as well.

Active or passive contribution to society is very much welcome. Who needs members of society who are bad influence? In the immediate society where I belong or reside, I am passive and active depending on activities organized like clean-ups, etc.
I am working on an non-government organization dealing with welfare, services, sustainable development, etc. and observation i have gathered so far in the last assignment was that there are potential people who can really help in the development of their community but remains passive because of the political situation and it's been going on for ages. Well, it takes someone an outsider to help them realize that it's really time to take action.
