or is that just me? I really hate it, Not just random steps either, like the ones at home, I've walked/run up them thousands of times but I still do it often enough leading to me falling over with a cuppa in my hand

HAHA, so you enjoy other people's misery? Hee hee, well i guess you'll feel a bit relief if it doesn happen to other people and frankly i think it does...IT did happen to me but i can't remember when or how many times..It's been long since i fell..But i think it was because the stairs were built such that the steps seemped to close together and i was rushing and so i was sort of like jogging up the steps...hahah so you can imagine how i was trying to jog that invisible extra step...LOL

i can picture that.. thats happened to me a few times, kinda just bounce off the floor lol I'm very clumsy though, especially in the morning, I tend to bump into everything swaying side to side.. I'm usually good after a cuppa though so I should start drinking it before I go up the stairs, would make sense..

And me too. And I sometimes I forgot that there's no more extra step on the way down and still I trip and luckily not holding anything hot. And sometimes I just think that the steps are smaller or bigger, or way down below or much closer to the next step, same thing, trip over.

do you ever get yourself to the point where you forget about the last step. that has happened to me in the past. i'm in a hurry to get downstairs and i forget about the last step and almost trip. the big knob at the bottom of the stairs is there to grab ahold of in case and sometimes i need to grab ahold of it. luckily i have pretty good balance and am able to keep myself from falling, but when you have you hands full it can be easy to miss a step and stumble.

it's ok to fall down the stairs though, everyone does that.. when you start falling up the stairs, it's time to get worried lol. so many simple things you can mess up during the day though
