I'm an amateur in writing a novel. I write short stories way back in secondary school but gets stuck with filling out the gaps in my stories. I have ideas mapped out in my mind. I have the main plot, a start, a climax and an end but what I'm having trouble is the scenes that will fill in between the start, the climax and the end. Like for instance my current project is a love novel, I have it figure out how they'll meet, how they'll realize that they love each other and how it will end. What I don't know how to write is how they developed that loving feeling. I mean the person does not automatically gets in love with a person. Any tips? I think I'm having a writer's block.

I'd probably suggest you try this site:
http://www.fictionfactor.com/novel.html
This is a listing of HEAPS of articles about building your plot or adding bits to your plot.
Here's a link to a different set of articles all about building your characters and getting to know them so you'll know how they fell in love.

Hope this helps

I dont know so I am just going to throw something out there for you but maybe the couple met and fell in love as children and one of them moved away and 10 years later they somehow bump in to each other in either the town they both were from, or a town that they were there at the same town, or one went to the others town and they bumped into each other..They could somehow have something tying them together and apart. Like another relationship, or marriage or even they dont like each other as adults..LOL..
Just something I dont know..lol...or maybe they we going the guy was going to marry the girls friends sister and was invited to the wedding, somehow bumped in to each other and got locked in a closet by accident and fell in love and the other wedding was called off..
It is past midnight here so forgive me for lack of creativity..lol

This is something I have a bit of trouble with too. You just gotta not rush yourself and think about what you'd like to write. I mean scenes, you're doing romance? Well, what sort of romance scene have you always wanted to do? How would that scene fit in with the characters' lives and story? Don't be afraid to be creative in how you weave it all together.
In romance, initial conflict, even outright dislike or suspicion can make it more exciting and believeable...as most people don't like eachother automatically (and that's an overdone plot for romance novels anyways).
^_^' I hope this helps.
