If you want to judge others, start judging your self first. Try this for a year. Know yourself more than others. Evaluate yourself. Evaluate your motives, your words and even your actions. Watch carefully your thoughts and know the reason and the source of your thoughts. If you practice this everyday, you can then judge others fairly and accurately. I'm more or less practicing these for half a year and its effective. You will also grow in wisdom if you do this.

One thing that always help me in judging others is the expression of their eyes. There are a lot of liars out there but very few can make their eyes tell what they want and in most of the cases eyes can tell you the truth. So look straight into the person's eye and you will very much know whom he/she is.
