How to propose marriage?

This weekend my sister's boyfriend want to propose marriage to my sisiter,and at the moment he is planning how to propose marriage. He ask me to help him and give my sisiter a surprised. But I also don't have an idea,I need your-mylotters help.Can you give me some good ideas about an unexpected proposing marriage ? Or would you share your experience about your proposing marriage to your girlfriend ? Thanks a lot!

Tell to your sister's boyfriend that He must buy a ring first, then ask your sister to go out for a dinner. After dinner he can proposed to your sister or if he want more extra special ask some help to the staff of restaurant that he would like to make a proposal. For sure they will help your sister's boyfriend to make that night extra special for your sister.
