do you accept you fault if youre done wrong with someone that makes them hurt?

thare many things we consider if were done wrong and somebody hurt because of us. will i notice in my friends when i ask them, for them its depend upon the situation. many options to consider before we regret to hurt someone. your opinion?

Usually, I'll not confess my fault orally, I'll insist on my correctness by words. But actually I confess my fault in my heart. I know it's not good, but I'm just too stubborn to change my temper.

For the item. I don't accept my fault if it hurt someone. But I always do that thing. Although just some little thing. I promise myself that don't do that thing again.
