Guitar hero is a famous music game that was first released on playstation. I haven't experienced playing the said game cause when the first time that i saw a boy playing it, i assumed that i would get confused if how i'll hit the note using the joystick key pads. As a guitarist, i prefer to strum a real guitar on my own hands. Until a friend of mine came to my house and play the online music game jamlegend. It was also like Guitar Hero, the great thing is that it was more easy and cool. Jamlegend is a place where music and creativity is a passion. The music gaming site has loads of nice features like your account is increasing it's level everytime you play a song. When you are playing, you will feel as if you were really having a jam session with a famous artist or a favorite band of yours. You only have to sign up and play. Feel free to experience the other way of jam session for free. http://www.jamlegend.com/refer/li/229168

I haven't played jamsession yet. I'll have to check it out. I love all of the Guitar Hero games. Rock Revolution is also pretty cool. Rock Band is ok but I still prefer Guitar Hero.

I have not played JamLegend (I only play on my PS2) but Guitar Hero is a great game series. I have played guitar in the past and it definitely is not like playing the real guitar. The point of Guitar Hero was to let people play songs without knowing how to play the real guitar. For example, if a couple people who had never played the real guitar played bass and guitar on real guitars and played the same song on GH, they would have more fun playing the game. I air-guitar when I listen to songs and having all the notes you need to air-guitar in a game makes it really fun. RockBand expanded on GH's idea adding drums and vocals. This makes senss because you can have a "RockBand Party" where 4 people can play at the same time. I like both of the series though. My favorite GH game is their recent Metallica one, and for RockBand, I like both (1&2)

yeah, that's my point there. Guitar hero doesn't make or show people on how to play a real guitar and that's what i noticed while i'm playing jamlegend. Jamlegend is also like a rehearsal jam session online wherein people who doesn't even know how to simply tap a string, would learn and play just like a pro. It has made me practice and you know to tap and strum accurately. anyway, it's a recommended game though.. especially for those who loves playing guitar. check it out!!!
