The Modern Pirate

These people are just bad guys. they are not at all like the ones in the movies. I hope people know that being a pirate is not like in the movies.

I Don't think that that the modern pirates will be portrayed in a similar way as that of the Pirates from the age gone by. Simply because the modern day pirates prays on the people who are responsible in recreating the image of what a modern day pirate is.

And I actually thought pirates were fun guys with a temper. Damn this pop culture you are referring to!

I seriously doubt the modern pirate will be romanticized or at least not in our life time. But maybe in many years to come there will be movies about this current bout of piracy and no doubt there will be some family friendly pirate movies. Goodness knows how they will do it but the powers at B in Hollwood have for years managed to romanticize ruthless villians.

I really dont have a answer for that one but i think the modern day pirate is way different then the ones in the movies. But back i in the day pirates were like the ones in the movies.

When i watch them (Pirates) in movies i reallly loved tehm, but these modern pirates looking so dangerous. I don't know weither these pirates are changed their way or in teh film tehy are whoed pirates in a good manner ?

Lets hope not because that would suck. I love the classic pirates with there cool pirate ships and there cool logo these pirates are just bums and they dont even dress like pirates to begin with. They better not change the whole pirates thing because I would be pissed if they did.

The old pirates weren't anything like the Hollywood pirates either. Time and distance are always useful if you want to romanticise something.
