How can I transfer balance my Alertpay to Paypal

We can not transfer the funds between Alertpay and Paypal. If you still want to transfer, the only option is finding some trusted friend who is having both accounts and also having enough fund as per your transfer in paypal. First transfer your fund from your alerpay account to his alertpay account and then ask him to transfer the amount from his paypal account to your paypal account. No other option available at present. But the friend you are selecting should be a trusted friend.
