Yes you heard right Too much, too little sleep increases diabetes risk The risk is 250% higher for people who sleep less than seven hours or more than eight hours at night, Type-2 diabetes symptoms are increased thirst and frequent urination,extreme hunger, weight loss, fatigue,blurred vision, slow-healing sores and frequent infections. Really? I sleep too little from Mon. to Fri. and sleep too much on Sat. and Sun.. It seems that I need to change my habit asap.
