Do you like goat cheese? I have never had it before, but I have been doing a lot of reading on this one blog here on myLot and the guy uses goat cheese fairly often in recipes including on pizza. I picked some up the other day, but I have yet to try it. Do you like goat cheese? What do you like it with?

To be honest, I'm scared to try goat cheese. I've heard people talk about making goat cheese pizza, but I've never had it myself. I heard it as a peculiar odor, but a lot of things don't smell good and they taste good anyway. At least I think so.

You shouldn't be afraid of goat cheese, also known as Feta and it is good a bit saltier than most cheeses though. Did you know Goat's milk in general is better for you than cow's milk? I heard that on Oprah one time with Dr. Oz. I'm desperately trying to find goat's milk too, to give it a try--heck will try anything at least once...

I have never tried it yet. I don't know that I can get it in my local grocery. I think I'd have to go to a specialty shop for it.
I'd love to hear what you think of it once you tried it.

I love goat cheese. Unfortunatly it´s more expensive than other cheeses, so I don´t buy it as many times as I wish. I make awesome dips for appetizers with it, use it diced for green salads, eat it with bread and make a worderful peruvian dish with it called papa a la huancaina.

Goat are common in countries with hgills and little rain. Wgere other catle can´t live on, goats do. Theit cheese is strog but wonderful. I like it on bread, diced on salads and above all, when I make the wonderful peruvian dish: papas a la huancaina. Check it at th web. YUMMY!!!
