How do you stop mylotting at the end of the day...?

Hello Mylotters..
After mylotting for hours together,what makes you to stop it at the end? What will be the reason?
For me,I'll keep posting till I find interesting discussions.And once I lose interest I'll stop mylotting for that day.

i only stop doing mylot when going to sleep or when im going home. sometimes i even ate in front of my computer because i could not stop doing mylot. i really love it. no matter what it takes me i'll still be doing mylot. haha. happy mylotting!
