Yes, it happened to me. it may be around 10 years back that myself with my family went for a courtesy visit to my cousin's friend's house. upon seeing us the uncle of that house said that we have to leave only after having lunch from there. though we hesitated, finally agreed to it. as kids, myself and my cousins were roaming through the courtyard and there i saw a shed with almost 5 to 10 rabbits of different colors. that uncle used to grow them. after some time saw this uncle come out of house, took the best rabbit, ie, a pure white one with a rosy nose.. it was indeed soo cute that i tried to play with it.. he took it out of shed and the next moment i saw him hitting this rabbit on the floor. after a few shots it was dead with blood flowing from his head. the whole white body had turned red. that was one of the terrible scene i had ever seen. it took some time for me to digest the shock. later on, in another 1 or 2 hours, i saw this rabbit curry on the dining table.. i looked around at the elders over there having the delicious meal happily.. but i couldnt even drink a glass of water for that day. from then on, till now, i havent had any rabbit meat.
