Do i have to befriend myself so i can post a comment on my own profile?

I've done that too... to give comment on my own profile, but unfortunately I can't and when I tried to befriend with myself it say's it's my own profile, which means I can't do that.

Hi modstar. If you want to comment back to your friends, you have to go to their profile page and leave your comments there.

I don't know how mylot works. I just know that I can browse the Web and get something rewarding by asking and responding. sorry can't help. But it seems your problem has already solved.

i have gotten the same message when i would try to leave a comment on a friend's page.what's up w/that? they are on my friend's list so that makes them friends, right?

hahahahaha! i didnt noticed that, because somebody commented on my profile is already a friend of mine, LOL so what did you do? u add urself to your friends lists? LOL

Yeah modstar, you owe me a response to my comment. LOL. Well, yeah, I have tried that too but it did say, "you have to be friends with this person....chu chu....". I thought it meant person as in the one who commented. So I had to visit the user's profile to see if we are friends. We were! So I had to logout and login again with the hope of probably refreshing the page but still it didn't. I even wanted to PM the person as to why I can't comment back to him. Good thing my guardian angel whispered to me that myLot meant ME as the person spo it saved me the embarrassment. Sometimes I'm my own best friend..... my own worst enemy too, for that matter. But I haven't tried to leave myself a comment yet. Maybe next time I want to pat myself on the back for something I will try.

Hello modstar, Oh, this is funny! Are sure you have to add yourself to your friend list to leave a comment? Maybe there 's a mistake somewhere. I seldom update my profile. I remember the last time, I left it half way while updating it. So, it is a bit upside down right now. Few days ago, I managed to 'clean up' a few places but still, I don't really like looking at my own profile!

I think it is the same as not being able to comment on your own discussions. You can leave a comment on the profile of the friend who left one on yours but you cannot reply to it as that is like commenting on your own profile. OOh I feel dizzy now after that comment.

I dont think its actually possible to befriend youself...and i've never figured out how to answer posts to my profile.

Hey modstar! That makes no sense whatsoever! You have to be friends with the person that you want to leave the comment to! How can you be friends with yourself? There was some kind of communication error obviously! You don't want to leave a comment to yourself! You must have done something wrong! You have to go to the person's profile that you want to leave a comment to! If you are already their friend there shouldn't be a problem. Try it again and if it doesn't work then you need to contact mylot admin and explain the problem!

Iv never thought of posting a comment on my own profile lol, so I really dont know what you would need to do to post on your own profile, I only know how to post on my friends profile but maybe the others know how to do that lol.

hi! friend..it's normal to be friendly..and be the one to post comment be the one to be friendly..here in my lot it is easy to make friendship with other user. you can answer post his/her post that interest you..happy mylotting

It's always a good thing to be friends with yourself. I mean if you aren't friends with you....who else can be? Seriously, I think when some one leaves a comment on your profile page, if you want to thank them, you are supposed to leave that message on their page. Otherwise they would probably never see it. I didn't know we couldn't leave a comment on our own page though...how else are we supposed to give ourselves a needed pat on the back? Kisses for Moochie
