Did you ever advise your friends about the ills of smoking?

We do not know how people react when we advise them about the ills of smoking. Some may get angry and some may listen to us. But it is always better to take some steps to go about adviing smokers about the ills of smoking. What do you think?

Smokers don't like unsolicited advice and preaching. They are well aware of all the ills of smoking. How could they not be? They are addicted and preaching to them is not going to help or change a thing. If one wants to quit...one will on his own. Sorry, but I can't agree with you that it is a good idea to go around advicing smokers.
