Labor Day

Labor Day (May 1) is nearly here. Do you do anything special on that holiday or do you still go back to work? Me? I am looking forward to the opportunity to have 3 days off in a row. Here's to all workers out there.

Hi diutay, We have our hoilday on the first Monday in May and we call it Bank holiday, we only get one day off, so it a long weekend, not doing anything special. Tamara

It might be that you haven't lined up any activity but for me just having more time to sleep and rest already makes it worth the time.

Yes I agree with you... can't wait for a long weekend and then I hope that in may the weather will be nicer and warmer. Nothing planned yet. My friends are probably going to a concert. I am not sure yet, but maybe thinking of a nice picnic or some outdoor activity.

Well im going to go to maine for this labor day weekend we always go up there and stay till monday while my parents are going to bring my sister back to new york but then come back to maine on saturday while ill be going on friday. Should be a fun weekend so im looking forward to it and im just so sad that the summer is over. Not fair how fast this summer went theres still so many things I want to do but cant now because summer is over.
