Many people dont consider this, but caffeine is as much a drug as tobacco, alcoho or even marijuana. We think of the positive effects of caffeine and never the negative. Caffeine overdose study show can make one feel dizzy and disoriented while small doses of it help one to concentrate. Large dose do the opposite, your mind become so stimulated you get bored of sitting doing whatever you might have wanted to concentrated on , and cannot stand doine on thing for an extended period of time. Your body become weak, there are the withdrawals, similiar to hangover from getting extremely drunk. So although caffeine keep one awake, we must be cautious that we limit our intake, because that spell trouble.

Pregnant mothers are strongly discouraged from drinking coffee, which has a higher caffeine content than tea. This gives a strong indication on how caffeine can seriously affect the human body. Another aspect of caffeine is its diuretic effect. This means that consuming a large amount of caffeine can lead to excessive micturation. I was told that caffeine also disrupts or disturbs the action of calcium in bone formation. Maybe someone can give a further insight on this matter. all the best, rosdimy
