Are these programs effective? Has anyone evr gotten referals this way? Thanks for your thoughts.

Do you mean like banner rotations on sites? I don't really understand what "site rotators" are. Could you ellaborate?
If you're talking about banner rotations - they're OK. I've gotten a COUPLE of active referrals from them but not very many - and it's amazing HOW quickly your impressions go away. They can be pretty expensive, too. You should join a traffic exchange site.

I don't knwo about site rotators. but When I read all those post then I got you are talking about site exchange, It is good sometime but how many site shopuld we register?
I am working on limited sites only.
