Have you ever move to another city?

Next month I will move the another city, I feel a little anxious about that, our company has a new project there, I was asked to be there, but I don't really want to, I have been is this city for about one year, and now I will go the another city, a totally new one, I feel unhappy about that, but I have no choice.
Have you ever have this experience, and have you ever move to another city?
PS: this is my first time start a new discussion on mylot, I feel a little nervous about that.

. Well, either way, you'll get used to it!
I'm actually moving to a new city in the end of August, actually a new state - too. I'm a little nervous because I don't know anyone there & I'll have to find a job, there, too. You shouldn't feel unhappy, you should look at it as an opportunity to explore the new city, make new friends, see new sights - and advance in your career.

And by the way, are you going to be moving back once the project is done? If so, you shouldn't be worried at all! You should treat moving like a temporary vacation!

Thank you for the responds.
I think I will be there for about two years, it's really a long time, and I know nothing about that city, as you said, it maybe an opportunity for me in a new city, I can make new friends for me, but at the beginning, I think it will a little hard to be in a new city, thank you very much, you make me feel better about that thing.
My English is not very good, so it make me a little nervous for the first discussion.But now I found a lot of fun in it.

Yes,i have.I moved to Langfang from my home Renqiu to continue my study.After i graduated from my college,i get a job in the same city,but after about more than a year,i dropped my work and moved to Beijing,a beauty?charming city.I lived there for about half a year than i got back to Langfang again.
