missing my friends so much, i called my dog their names

Today while i was out walking my dog, I must of went to call him "joey or shay" 3-4 times lol i was like "what the hack!" why do i keep almost calling you them?
i couldn't help but say their name. I haven't seen either of them for a couple of weeks and i haven't really talked to them either.. and today i really missed them for some reason. i just kept thinking about them. i guess i am wanting to hang out and see them badly.
do you ever miss your friends so much you call your pet by your friends name?

No, I've never done that. When I miss my friends and we haven't spoken for awhile, I'll pick up the phone and call them. There's no use going on missing them when all I have to do is pick up the phone!
