help with mypage5?

Hello, I've been a happy mypage5 user for a couple of months. And my sister saw me doing it and was interested in giving it a try. So, I went to help her sign up and even though she now has a profile (it's shown under 'new people') she can't login! It's telling her that her information is incorrect. And it's not. We said that she forgot her password and had it sent to her email, but the email never showed up. Has anyone else ever had this problem with mypage5 before? Any ideas on how to fix it?

It's cool, I got my sister hooked up. Don't know what was wrong, but I had to make her a new account because we were both filling out her first form and must have gotten critical log in information incorrect or incosistant. Haha. Anyhow, it's all good now.
