It must be very difficult for me to smile with my mouth opened if I lost a tooth.
I used to have canine teeth and I've been smiling with my mouth closed for years. lol Well when I was young people thought it was cute. But since I went to high school it became a big problem for me. Three years ago I couldn't stand it any more and got a small operation done. Now I can finally laugh out load without any misgiving. ;p However, when I take photos, I still keep my mouth closed involuntarily. It just became a deep-rooted habit.
And I have a new colleague who lost one of her front teeth. She joined our company two months ago and works in the headoffice. People can't quite remember her name since she's still new. So each time people talk about her they will refer her as "the one with one tooth missing". I really don't feel comfortable with it since I was once in her place.

well, that's one question i've never thought of.
well, if i have no teeth, i would smile but a closed mouth smile. Some people do that even with teeth. =)
