Do you like to eat sea fish or any other fish ?

It is known that excessive animal fat is harmful for health. If any person takes a lot of animal fat he may become adipose that is harmful for health. It is mentionable that fish has enough fat but it does not harm so much because fish bears some fatty acids especially Omega-3 which is called "the friend of a Heart". Omega-3 prevents from the heart diseases .Most of sea fishes bear iodine.It is useful for health. If any person takes average 30 gram fish in daily livings , he can free himself from heart diseases 50% off. We can get major benefit from sea fishes. We should know it also that fish oil is helpful for heart but we should not take it excessively. Do you like to take sea fish or any other fish?
