Are a hardworker on the job or smart woker?

If you ask me this question i can say i am either side because without hard work we can generate anything,putting efforts necessary for us, for smart worker is not need to work so hard but knowing techniques and skills are necessary.
I handled either skills in my job so i would like to ask you so which kind of job you do either hard worker or smart worker.

That is really good view because in the beginning we need to work hard but after became a expert on that one then you will be take very easy and fast to work particular project or work.
Have you ever done any work in this way?

Hello my friend Dasari100 Ji,
I always prefer and give more weightage to 'Hard-worker', at the same time, if 'Smart
working' is combined with hard working, it adds another faether to working. Smart working
should never turn up to 'Hardly' working pattern. I find lot of mis-calculation, when
you pronounce, "because without hard work we can generate anything". It will be cheating.
One has to work hard. There is no escape. May God bless You and have a great time.

Miss calculations and pronounce always make us misunderstand and we won't understand the situation so we need to have the awareness all the time, i think you like both kind of things isn't it?

Hello my friend Dasari100 Ji,
Basically, I do believe working Hard, but I try to work smart as well. This smartness
can only be felt in comparision with others on the spot. When smartness comes, leadreship
emerges and people are spotted. But Basically, hard working only fetches. I like

Hello Dasari100,
It is hard for me to choose. I am a hardworking person and at the same time I try to be a smart worker too. I don't really like my job right now but since it provides a comfort zone for me and my family, I decided to stay. It has been monotonous job to me but still, I don't ignore my responsibilities and always try finish all the jobs given to me.

That is good rather telling to someone it is better to do our self then no one work against us so that is really nice formula.

When ever we need to achieve something so we need to work hard so that is really sure and i am work both things.
