Lets come to my main points- few months before I have completed my formal education and also finished a professional IT course. Now I am being faced few interviews for my job. But there is a problem . If I face any interview, the interviewers ask me various questions, I fall in hesitation, when I try to answer any question I do stammering though I have no stammering. Some times I forget the answers that I know. Friends advise me to become in the interview period and I also try but fail. I have decided to go to psychiatrist. Is it right for me?Friends advise and help me what shall I do? Is there any experience about this? Please inform me about my doings.

As I think you are just suuffering from lack of condidence. Your will power any how decreased. Just be faithful to yourself. I can do it: this type of thinking will incease your self confidence. Have you hread the anme of SWAMI VIVEKANANDA? He told us: Awake! ARise! ANd stop not till the goal is reached. I am aware that uttering a word and act according is another. So confidence is necessary. I shall suggest you two: 1) Start Meditation: this will improve your self confidence. 2) Visit a Psychologist not a psychiatrist. Counselling with Psychologist is very helpful to overcome this type of situation. I don't now where are you from? If from Kolkata, I can give you a name of good Psychologist. We have taken his advice for my daughter and it was very helpful. I also suggest you to start to think that the interviewer are your friend and they have no intention to misguide you. They are very sympathetic. Be cheerful and I am sure you will be succeed in life.

Perhaps you are right. For the lack of confidence it may occur. I like most the doctrine of Swami Vivekanada. But I didn't understand that why have you advised me to go the Psychologist instead of Psychiatrist? I don't know counseling is enough or not for me.A lot of thanks from me for your good advice. Hope you will advise me next too. Me think that meditation will be suitable for me.

I suggest you for meditation as I personally believe that it improves our confidence. Lack of confidence is the outcome of many factors. Meditation will improve your inner strength. Secondly, I suggest you to visit a psychologist instead of a psychiatrist. A psychiatrist normally prescribe medicine but no medicine can improve our confidence. A psychologist will talk to you. He will try to help you to overcome the situation by vocal but logical talk. Thanks and wish you a happy and prosperous life.
