I would love to hear from 30 and up woman that have had something successful they have done to shed lbs. Unfortunately my little "magic" pill was the Xenadrine with the ephedrine before it was banned. Took off 15lbs in 3 weeks, wow! Now I need advice whether it is a pill, exercise routine, or healthy eating. I am trying to kick start the metabolism and its not budging. Anything would be helpful.

small meals. eat more meals rather then big meals. more vege or fruit. less carbohydrate. no snacks. Then I will stick to exercise. One important things is don't eat within the 1 hour before and after your exercise. Do more aerobic exercise. Cycling (upslopes), climbing steps. Tennis (run to catch the ball!!!). Make sure your exercise make you sweat & pant like a dog. Pills are not a really good / appropriate because very often, once you stop taking the pills, bounce back occurs. Also, who knows what after effect will they cause. So unless extraordinarily necessary, don't depend on pills.
