According to King Doyle (governor of Wisconsin), Wisconsinites don't need concealled carry permits because open carry is legal here. He reinforced that statement by slapping his own holstered pistol as he said it. J.B. Van Hollen (State Attorney General) released a statement reaffirming the open carry laws in Wisconsin and sent a memo to the attorneys general in the stating that open carry alone is not a justification for arrest of the person or seizure of private property. The Chief of Police of Milwaukee apparently thinks that his bigotry takes precedence over the laws of the city, state or the US Constitution. Chief of Police Ed Flynn has ordered the police officers under his command to "take down anyone with a firearm despite Attorney General J.B. Van Hollen's finding that people can carry guns openly if they do it peacefully." In other words, he has no more respect for the law than the gang bangers that plague the city. He doesn't give a flying fig about anyone's rights, nor the rule of law. He is a parasite, abusing his position to harrass law abiding citizens simply to satisfy his own, unconstitutional agenda. "If you're carrying a gun in Milwaukee, you're going to comply with our lawful orders. Unless, you're going to have your permit tattooed to your head, I don't know how you're going to get around that" Mr. Flynn... what is lawful about a police order that violates the law and the Constitutional rights of the person being ordered?
