Back then I have acne problem, I look for a solutions and I read an article regarding aloe vera. It can helps to heal the pimples so I tried and it works for me. At first it is uncomfortable because it is itchy on the skin and the odor is unpleasant. I remove the leaves and get the jelly on it to apply on my face. I plant aloe vera in our backyard so I can have it everytime I need them.

We have alot of aloe plants , and I forget to use them . They are good for burns , and sun burn . Just pinch a piece off the end of a leaf and rub it on the skin.

Aloe Vera is great for any kind of skin problem, such as acne, ringwork, psoriasis, cuts, burns (including sunburn) etc. It's antibacterial, antifungal, emollient, anti-inflammatory, and stimulates new cell growth. Just cut open the leaf and apply the gel directly to your skin. If you don't use the whole leaf, seal it well in plastic and put it in the refrigerator for future use. The straight gel may make your skin feel tight, but you can apply moisturizer over it after it's dried. Aloe Vera can also be used internally for digestive problems, but be careful about how much you use because it is laxative and can cause stomach cramps and other problems.

I cut a liberal sized piece off of one branch of the plant. Then I cut it in half the long way with a sharp knife. Then apply the inside of the inside of the cut branch directly to the skin. Good for sunburn, cuts and acne.
