Do you love to chat with people you meet in the internet?

I am not really into chatting but I do love to meet people online and it is fun because they are coming from all across the world...some are even in places I don't imagine I have a connection with. I am living in Asia and I have met friends living in Europe, America and others. I do chat with them from time to time but most of the time, I just have a talk to them through social websites only.

i come from a large family and i talk to a lot of people everyday, whether at home or at work. nobody would believe i'm shy by nature because i love to chat... even with strangers. so chatting online is something i'd like to do too. i love learning about people, their different experiences, talk about different places in the world that they have been to, and basically their everyday life. there's a whole world out there that i would want to see in time. i've visited a few countries but there's a thousand interesting places more to see. talking to people from different nations, increases my knowledge of what's out there. what i used to read from books, now i could see in the internet. and when i go visit another place, then i, too, can experience. i also love it when i learn a word or two from a foreign language. it's quite exciting to actually put it into use when you visited their country. so chatting online has great benefits. and i love it. :)

I have chatted with many people I have met via the Internet. Maybe we first meet in Yahoo instant messenger, AIM, etc. Or maybe it was on Skype, Paltalk, or a Yahoo group. Or maybe in a Chat site like TalkCity, or in Social Networking sites, but when you choose to give people a chance to get to know you, you could end up gaining some wonderful Friends for sure. I have a Best friend or 2 now I have met thru different ways, and now talk to them on the phone quite often. I have even met one of them and she and her husband live clear across the USA from me as well. I feel that it is really up to you, and you do always need to be cautious, but when you play it safe, you can meet some wonderful people for sure.

I do love chat with people in the internet. I also think it helps our vocabulary and social skills. I also like to know more about the different culture and traditions. I like spend time in yahoo chat. I think yahoo chat is great and helps us to make more friends.

I am chatting with you, I have 2700+ rating with my user name. It automatically suggests that I love chatting with my online friends every day. Specially if I can get one on yahoo or msn, then that would be a day for me but it is difficult getting good people on chat site as all the ****ing people are wandering around there. I guess mylot is the best plce to find good people like you!

I have absolutely no problem talking to people online, but being a teenager most of the people that I'm going to feel more comfortable with talking to are going to be people around my age or in their early 20's. And that is where the problem sets in. The best place to find someone to talk to online is going to be a chat room and any teenage or young adult chat room nowadays is going to be filled with people trying to talk "dirty" online and I'm just not into that sort of thing. There have been people I've met on those sites that aren't that way and you can have an actual decent conversation with, but they are so few and far between that I don't really feel its worth my time to try. Now I do talk here on myLot through discussions with people, but it hasn't been on that personal level yet.
